Job Description

Role Description This is a fulltime role for Area Sales Manager East. He will be responsible for the below functions broadly: Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products resulting in new client development. Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location (east) by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. Establish and nurture client relationships. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly setting sales goals analyzing performance data and making forecasts. Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them Training session with users. New product promotion. Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging them. Daily checkins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress. Manage the monthend and yearend close processes. Market research for new products & new market generation. Train lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. Followup with Sales coordinators/Merchandising team for ontime delivery.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications Minimum 45 years sales & marketing experience in PPE industry. Bachelors degree in marketing communications business management or related field is preferred. Knowledge of market target client product & competition. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas. Proven experience in customer relationship management. Excellent management leadership and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to influence others. Team player with leadership quality & problemsolving capacity. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
