We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee client relationships while driving datadriven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing client accounts developing performance marketing strategies and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sakeholders ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client (sakeholder) needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to showcase campaign performance and insights.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Manage budgets analyze performance metrics and ensure efficient ad spend allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives copy and landing pages.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track KPIs measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maximize campaign success.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in account management and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and other PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC CTR ROAS CPA and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and clienthandling skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop compelling ad content is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketo etc..
- Background in B2B marketing ecommerce or tech industry is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads Meta Ads or similar platforms.
