Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Supervisor Production to join our team in Jasper United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations ensuring quality standards and leading a team of production employees to meet organizational goals.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor production metrics analyze data and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to maintain safety standards and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of production employees providing guidance training and performance feedback
- Schedule production activities and adjust workforce based on workload and production requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports timesheets and other relevant documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to align production schedules and meet organizational objectives
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in basic math and data analysis
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes machinery and equipment
- Experience with 6S and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Adaptability to changing production demands and priorities
