Brewing Operative

Your role as a Brewing Operative 

• Achieve the agreed production plan and meet internal loss and efficiency targets.  

• Oversee the brewing process in various roles handling everything from raw material intake to dispatch and packaging.  

• Ensure proper preparation and monitoring ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 

• Assisting with changes that impact plant efficiency and maintaining control over quality in line with quality policies.  

• Comply with all legal production requirements and adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations. 

• In the role you will be part of one of our four shift teams reporting into a Brewing Shift Manager working 12hour continental shifts 2 days 6am 6pm 2 days 6pm 6am and then 4 days off).
