Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Sales Expert to drive business growth by identifying prospecting and closing new clients. This role requires a highly motivated and resultsoriented sales professional with a proven track record of success in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills a deep understanding of marketing solutions and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and lead generation tools like Bark is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting networking and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of Ffortifys services including SEO PPC content marketing branding and funnel optimization.
- Manage and track all sales activities using CRM software ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales with a strong emphasis on digital marketing or agency services.
- Proven ability to close highticket marketing deals and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO PPC social media marketing content marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead generation platforms (Bark is a plus).
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to build and nurture longterm client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Commission Structure: Threetiered commission system based on weekly sales volume 37.
- Base Salary: $40K$50K for the first six months transitioning to a performancebased compensation model.
