Baystate Dental is looking to hire a fulltime Dental Hygienist for our office located in Wilbraham Massachusetts.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on delivering highquality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering toptier oral health care enhancing patients quality of life and building lasting relationships within the community. Schedule:
MondayFriday 8am5pm)

Baystate Dental is a wellestablished successful practice where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program so when they begin to see patients they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Previous RDH experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental Xrays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelors degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
