Were looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our cloud security with a focus on Netskope CASB and DLP capabilities. Youll also help manage the risks and controls around Generative AI tools contributing to a significant uplift in our security.
In this role youll be at the forefront of enhancing DLP capabilitiessupporting policies refining processes and managing incidents. Youll collaborate closely with teams across Cyber Security Service Desk People & Culture and business stakeholders to drive security improvements while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Beyond DLP youll have the chance to work with a broad set of cybersecurity tools including endpoint privilege management vulnerability management EDR and identity solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience across multiple security domains while being part of a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement configure and maintain DLP solutions to monitor and protect sensitive data including PI and Generative AI risks.
Define and enforce security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and investigate privileged activities addressing any anomalies or security incidents.
Work with security teams to assess vulnerabilities conduct security scans and strengthen our overall security posture.
Qualifications :
What were Looking For:
A background in cybersecurity IT or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
Relevant certifications (CISSP CISM or similar) are a plus.
Experience with DLP or related cybersecurity capabilities is ideal.
Strong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.
A dynamic curious and proactive approach to learning and security challenges.
