Job Description
Role: Outbound Call Centre Agent Digital Marketing
Location: Altrincham
Salary:
Basic Salary: 25000
Uncapped Commission: OTE (OnTarget Earnings) 36000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm

KeyResponsibilities:
Outbound Cold Calling: Engage with businesses to introduce digital marketing services.
Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by clearly communicating the value of services.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
CRM Management: Manage calendars and CRM systems for seamless followup.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to maximize results and share best practices.Required

Strong Work Ethic: Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets.
Direct Approach: Comfortable with cold calling and a nononsense sales approach.
