Job Description

A forwardthinking school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SENCO who is passionate about developing effective provisions for students with special educational needs.

Location: Barnet North London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent!

The Role:

  • Lead the implementation of effective SEN strategies across the school

What Were Looking For:

  • QTS and significant experience as a SENCO
  • Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • A studentcentred approach to support and development
