The Role:
- Lead the implementation of effective SEN strategies across the school
- Provide support and guidance for students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Build relationships with parents and external professionals to deliver holistic support for students
What Were Looking For:
- QTS and significant experience as a SENCO
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- A studentcentred approach to support and development
