Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic team from April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school where academic excellence creativity and social development are at the forefront of everything we do. As a Year 4 Teacher you will play a key role in nurturing the academic and personal growth of your students helping them to reach their full potential.

The Role:

  • Deliver highquality engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning
  • Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners in your class
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress providing tailored support and interventions as necessary to ensure every student thrives
  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment where values such as responsibility resilience and empathy are actively encouraged
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices contribute to schoolwide initiatives and participate in professional development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support the academic and personal development of your pupils

What Were Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2 particularly Year 4
  • A strong passion for teaching with the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports the wellbeing and development of every student
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the school community
  • Experience working in diverse inclusive environments is highly valued
