Job Description
About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5 students including ALevel focusing on developing their understanding of business principles and practices.
* Plan and deliver lessons that incorporate realworld case studies business simulations and entrepreneurial projects.
* Assess student progress through presentations project work and examinations providing detailed and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and engaging Business Studies curriculum that reflects current business trends and innovations.
* Organise and lead extracurricular activities such as business clubs enterprise challenges and visits to local businesses promoting student engagement and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Collaborate with local businesses and industry professionals to provide students with valuable work experience and networking opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies or a related field.
* Experience teaching Business Studies to ALevel with a proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A strong understanding of business principles practices and entrepreneurial strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging young minds in the world of business.
* A commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills and preparing students for future success in the business world.
