About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customerfocused IT Help Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in technical support and troubleshooting along with excellent communication skills in English (C1 level is mandatory). This role involves assisting users with ITrelated issues ensuring smooth daytoday operations and providing highquality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers via phone chat or Zoom.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and update software and applications.
- Assist with user account management including password resets and access requests.
- Document issues solutions and best practices in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and software usage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
- C1 level in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory Office 365 and VPN solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A ITIL or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting cloudbased applications and services.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
