Our Project & Building Consultancy team works across the UK and Europe on various projects within EMEA. They cover a large range of sectors to maximize the potential of our clients real estate assets and create positive environments for the end user. From strategic technical due diligence across full portfolios to largescale refurbishment projects the team has extensive experience in delivering commercial advice to a wide and varied client base across all project and building consultancy services.
Who we are
UK building consultancy team comprising of over 200 staff in 9 offices with an established UK and international track record in providing services to a wide variety of landlord and tenant clients.
What do we do
As part of our offering we provide services including but not limited to:
Technical due diligence surveys
Design and contract administration of repair and refurbishment works
Project Management
Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes (PPMs)
Dilapidations (advising both Landlords and Tenants)
Party Walls
Project Monitoring
Building Reinstatement (Fire Insurance) Valuation
Licences for Alterations.

Qualifications :
MRICS Qualified with significant postqualification experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage team relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office
Indepth understanding of the Manchester and Northern markets.
