Job Description
The Communications Manager will oversee the development and of communication strategies that amplify Accors Social Care & Impact efforts. This role focuses on ensuring that all communications are aligned and impactful using various channels such as media relations events and partnerships to effectively promote the departments initiatives and foster greater community engagement.
Your main responsabilities will be :
- Definition of the 360 communication strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy incorporating media relations social media events and digital channels with a focus on Social Care & Impact topics.
- Ensure the visibility and promotion of Social Care & Impact departments projects across all communication channels (print digital events media relations).
- Supervision of communication materials: coordinate the creation of various content (articles newsletters videos etc. and ensure its consistent distribution across different media platforms and to key stakeholders.
- Event organization and promotion: plan and manage internal and external events to highlight Social Care & Impact initiatives.
Qualifications :
Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent mastery of 360 communication
- Project management
- Strong writing skills and good interpersonal skills
- Use to work in fast paced environment
- Handson approach
- Dynamic and assertive
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Education: Masters degree (Bac 5 in communication marketing or public relations.
