For our office in Skopje we are looking for motivated Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible!

Tasks

• You build scripts in PowerShell to enable automated configuration of Microsoft 365 tenant settings & policies.
• You are responsible for design setup and development of Office 365 tenants in interesting scenarios.
• You develop and uphold governance policies and best practices for utilizing Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• You are setting up a modern device management system based on MS Endpoint Manager (ex Intune).
• You configurate O365 workloads such as Exchange SharePoint Teams PowerPlatform EndPoint Manager.
• You make sure we have optimal adaptation & configuration of M365 Builtin Security & Compliance to customer requirements (e.g. Defender).

Requirements

Your Skills And Experiences:

• Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional experience in the IT field
• Experience with M365 Teams SharePoint Exchange & EMS
• Knowledge of PowerShell Graph API and the M365 Admin Portal
• Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in designing and developing with PowerShell as well as integration with SharePoint Teams Exchange Entra Endpoint Manager or Defender
• Microsoft M365 certifications or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded
• Preferred Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Proficient in working with and managing Managed Service Providers with a solid understanding of Office 365 applications services and architecture
• You have a deep understanding of how settings & policies are managed within Microsoft 365 tenants in a largescale enterprise environment.

• Fluent language skills in English (minimum C1 (Fluency in German is a plus)
