Job Description

The Field Support Administrator (FSA) will report to the Senior Business Support Manager and will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of UK contingent workers into AGS. The focus of the role is to ensure that UK contingent workers are fully compliant and onboarded by the given deadlines. The Lead Field Support Administrator will be responsible for overseeing a team of Field Support Administrators. Using initiative the Lead Field Support Administrator prioritises to complete tasks in order of importance and report back on issues in a timely manner offering solutions whilst demonstrating patience despite setbacks.

An active participant in the team the Lead Field Support Administrator will execute a range of compliance checks liaising directly with the Business Support Associate to ensure completion in a timely manner and are integral in building a compliant contractor pack for our clients. They will drive results within the team and act as a point of escalation.

The LFSA will also be responsible for carrying out additional administrative tasks in relation to the Field Support team and assist the Business Support Managers with additional tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit interview hire manage and offboard Field Support personnel for their assigned team
  • Conduct internal new hire orientation
  • Accountable for the training and development of Field Support personnel managed through regular performance assessments and goal setting
  • Drives results through daytoday management of team reviewing performance against targets and the success of and compliance with operational processes.
  • Inspire and motivate team to create a highperformance environment
  • Set clear performance expectations ensure compliance and recognize success
  • Delivers a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for the management of our onboarding tool which assists with the onboarding of contingent workers
  • Manage onboarding trackers and keep up to date in real time to be able to provide quick updates to internal teams
  • Support the rest of the team in ensuring candidates are compliant ahead of their start date
  • Responsible for high volumes of data entry validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
  • A subject matter expert on the compliance check process and policy set by Allegis Group our clients and legislation
  • Answers internal stakeholder queries relating to onboarding and proactively seeks solutions escalating where appropriate
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects within the team where necessary

Qualifications :

Qualifications Skills Knowledge:

  • Experience with managing a team is desirable but not essential
  • Creates an inclusive work environment that encourages embraces values and respects the unique talent ideas and skills each employee contributes
  • Ability to assess direct report performance. Identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training when required
  • Customer focused helpful and willing to support at all times
  • Acts with selfconfidence decisiveness and integrity at all times
  • Personally accountable and selfreliant
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
  • Previous experience of working within an office or administration
  • Previous exposure to a Customer and/or Sales Support environment would be an advantage
