The Field Support Administrator (FSA) will report to the Senior Business Support Manager and will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of UK contingent workers into AGS. The focus of the role is to ensure that UK contingent workers are fully compliant and onboarded by the given deadlines. The Lead Field Support Administrator will be responsible for overseeing a team of Field Support Administrators. Using initiative the Lead Field Support Administrator prioritises to complete tasks in order of importance and report back on issues in a timely manner offering solutions whilst demonstrating patience despite setbacks.
An active participant in the team the Lead Field Support Administrator will execute a range of compliance checks liaising directly with the Business Support Associate to ensure completion in a timely manner and are integral in building a compliant contractor pack for our clients. They will drive results within the team and act as a point of escalation.
The LFSA will also be responsible for carrying out additional administrative tasks in relation to the Field Support team and assist the Business Support Managers with additional tasks and projects.
