Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Educational Program Development: Design implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to ensure they are uptodate with current practices and technologies.
- Clinical Instruction: Provide handson training and supervision during clinical practice to reinforce best practices and enhance clinical skills.
- Curriculum Design: Develop and update curricula that reflect the latest evidencebased practices and healthcare standards. betterteam
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to nursing staff fostering professional development and growth.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess the competencies of nursing staff providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to integrate educational initiatives that improve patient outcomes.
Education:
- A Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred along with a strong clinical background.
Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required.
Certification:
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience:
- Several years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on education or staff development.
Skills:
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational abilities are essential.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
