RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the IT Service Center Manager the Senior IT Technician will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal users and business partners;
- Diagnose analyze document investigate and/or resolve issues autonomously;
- Ensure the proper functioning of workstations deploy software and manage rights: security groups etc.;
- Provide support for the Office 365 environment and offer technological guidance to promote optimal use;
- Support videoconference rooms (Teams Room);
- Take charge of optimizing Apple mobile devices: iPads & iPhones;
- Prepare and install various IT equipment;
- Participate in technological projects.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a DEC or DEP in Computer Science or relevant experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support for users in a business environment;
- Strong communication and writing skills (bilingualism in English/French both written and spoken);
- Experience with the Office 365 environment;
- Knowledge of using an ITSM platform;
- Must be available for emergency calls (based on operational needs) outside of regular office hours.
