Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday Friday
  • Flexible between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Florida time
  • Preferred: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM Florida time

Client location or time zone : Florida USA EDT

Company/client overview:
The client is involved in conducting background checks and processing sensitive information for their clients. They deal with legal records and need to interpret various legal dispositions accurately. The company handles a high volume of applicant records that contain sensitive information. Their process involves reviewing and downloading records that applicants upload which are then processed and analyzed.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean up and maintain the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Organize and file documents efficiently.
  • Manage and organize desktop and digital files.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Create social media graphics using Canva based on provided captions.
  • Assist with basic email management and responses.
  • Update and maintain records in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Perform basic data entry and management tasks.
  • Manage and organize digital assets and files.
  • Create up to 20 social media graphics per week using Canva.
  • Handle daily email correspondence and organize the inbox.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong skills in Canva for creating social media graphics.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and graphic creation.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
