Job Title: Governance Risk & Compliance Consultant
Location: Zaventem Flanders Belgium
Employment Type: Permanent FullTime
Job Description: Join a dynamic team as a Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultant. You will play a pivotal role in providing toptier expertise and tailored solutions to clients in the field of Information Security. This position involves working across Enablement Assurance and Audit practices helping businesses navigate the complex world of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement Practice:
Assist clients in establishing robust Information Security Policies and Processes.
Deliver Information Security Awareness training.
Assurance Practice:
Conduct maturity assessments and gap analysis against standards such as ISO 27001/27002 SANS CIS TOP20 NIST Cybersecurity Framework and regulatory frameworks like GDPR and PSD2.
Develop and implement Information Security programs aligned with defined frameworks.
Perform risk assessments at both organizational and project levels.
Audit Practice:
Conduct comprehensive Information Security audits (internal external precertification) based on recognized standards and policies.
Provide guidance to Internal Auditors on Information Security matters.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Dutch and English at C1 or C2 level is mandatory. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
