We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Engagement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee experience foster a positive work culture and drive engagement across the organization. This role will focus on designing and implementing engagement programs improving internal communication and ensuring employees feel valued and connected to the company s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Organize initiatives such as teambuilding activities wellbeing programs and recognition events.
- Promote diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive work environment.
Internal Communication
- Improve communication strategies to ensure transparency and connection between leadership and employees.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop engaging content for newsletters town halls and other communication platforms.
Employee Feedback & Action Planning
- Conduct employee surveys analyze feedback and drive action plans to enhance engagement.
- Work with leadership to implement improvements based on employee feedback.
Collaboration with HR & Leadership
- Work closely with HR Learning & Development and leadership teams to align engagement initiatives with business goals.
- Support change management initiatives by ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR employee engagement or internal communications.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing engagement programs.
- Ability to analyze employee feedback and derive actionable insights.
- Passion for people culture and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in using HR analytics tools.
- Certification in HR employee experience or organizational development.
