Project Director - Data Center

• Provides strategic leadership and technical operational financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
• Sets and leads the acceptable levels of performance. Actively monitors any risks that may threaten Turner & Townsends brand and market position and puts relevant measures in place. Proactively seeks streamlining opportunities through implementation of new systems
• Solves unusual complex or challenging client problems. Makes definitive judgements and identifies clear solutions from broad complex or ambiguous situations.
• Delivers an exciting team vision which inspires others to perform beyond their initial aspirations. Confronts and eliminates challenges and barriers to the effective operation of the team. Promotes an inclusive and consultative approach to team management encouraging and recognising positive contribution from the individual

Qualifications :

• This is a clientside position which is fulltime based on the construction site. 

• Owners attitude and ability to drive decisions from stakeholders  

• At least 15 years of experience delivering hightech projects with data centre experience being preferred. 

• Proficient in both local language and English both verbal and written. 

• Able to independently lead a multidisciplinary clientside commission to deliver endtoend data centres along with a team comprising over 20 resources. 

• Strong knowledge on all disciplines to deliver the project including safety design cost & commercial construction quality commissioning schedule and general project controls. 

• Thorough understanding of the national construction industry and the key players. 

• Excellent softskills negotiation and leadership skills. 

• Problemsolving mindset. 

• Preferably a technical background with experience in data centre Oil & Gas or mission critical projects.  

• Experience in leading of high capex projects through a consultancy lens.
