Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative EngineerMechanical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru India. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing mechanical systems and components contributing to cuttingedge projects that drive our organization forward.
- Design and develop mechanical systems components and products using advanced engineering principles
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings using CAD software
- Conduct engineering calculations and analyses to ensure product performance and reliability
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulations to validate designs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and test reports
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges
- Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and quality control processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
- 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience with simulation and analysis tools like ANSYS and FEA
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards regulations and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies
- Knowledge of materials science and selection
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented approach to design and documentation
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field
