Schedule:
- MF 1st Shift *after training is completed this position will have the option to work 4 days inoffice and 1 day from home
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or directly related year for year experience
- 1 year of experience using current InDesign Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat programs or other Mac based graphic design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to basic inquiries both internal and external via phone and/or email regarding simple technical questions or issues related to content submission and compliance.
- Assists customers with basic file format set up and submission by providing stepbystep instructions to customers regarding file submissions via web or ftp site.
- Provides basic file review analysis and feedback to customers to ensure the successful submission of content escalating more complex issues.
- Performs simple file fixes.
- Uses Adobe Acrobat Professional Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop as well as other software and hardware to achieve desired results in a timely manner in accordance with publisher specifications and the Lightning Source operating manual.
- Prepares digital interiors and covers using client supplied files in formats including PDF Photoshop InDesign and other programs as needed in accordance with publisher specifications and the LSI operating manual and templates.
Hiring Salary Range: $19.67/hr $24.15/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
