Job Description
Seeking an organized reliable supervisor with experience in Social Work Home Care Health and Human Services preferred and a passion for serving families experiencing homelessness. This individual will provide case management supervision training and case consultation to a team of three 3 Family Support Case Managers who provide familycentered case management services to families experiencing homelessness. The supervisor ensures that direct service staff carries out daytoday case management activities efficiently and according to funder and agency requirements as well as best practice standards. This position pays $50000/year and offers medical vision and dental insurance paid time off 401K and other voluntary benefits.
Position Highlights
- Provides case management supervision training and case consultation to a team of three 3 Family Support Case managers who provide familycentered interim housing case management services to families experiencing homelessness.
- Oversees daytoday activities for team caseloads and serves as backup support to participants when assigned case managers are not available including conducting apartment checks when needed conducting initial intake assessments under the guidance of the Program Director.
- Participates in ongoing program planning; provides recommendations to the Director in identifying gaps or needs in service delivery and in evaluating the programs impact and effectiveness.
- Maintains comprehensive and timely programmatic and/or statistical records as required by funders or agency and performs other record keeping functions as required for program operations.
- Provides direct oversight and monitoring of participant services and appropriate staff coverage to ensure compliance and quality.
- Develops and maintains strategic collaborative relationships with other community partners and government representatives to ensure integrated service delivery for participants.
- Works on other Adhoc tasks as assigned by the Program Director.
