Are you an experienced restoration professional looking for an opportunity to lead projects and make a meaningful impact ServiceMaster TRS is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating water fire smoke and mold remediation trauma cleanup and packout/packin contents ensuring efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do:
Project Management
- Oversee restoration projects ensuring adherence to IICRC standards and company policies
- Develop job scopes manage labor estimates and subcontractors and optimize project timelines
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with the Operations Manager
Field Operations
- Conduct job site assessments respond to service calls and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work with technicians and field teams to complete restoration tasks efficiently.
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers and moisture meters.
Documentation & Reporting
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate for detailed estimates.
- Utilize industry software such as MICA Mitigate Dash Docusketch and Encircle.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of restoration experience (water fire mold trauma).
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- IICRC Certifications: WRT & at least two additional (FSRT CPT MRS ASD TCST).
- OSHA 30 & EPA RRP Certification required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate & restoration job management software.
- Compliance: Valid drivers license ability to pass a background check drug test and a respirator fit test
