Your Role:
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for reception duties filing data entry record keeping and a range of general administrative tasks all while fostering a welcoming and respectful environment. You will engage with staff residents their families and visitors offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience. A friendly patient and adaptable attitude is essential along with the ability to manage interruptions smoothly and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent parttime position working 28 hours per week.
