**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop program and utilize CMM routines for the inspection of product gages and fixtures.
Perform detailed inspections using laser scanning processes to ensure conformance to specifications.
Utilize metrology equipment and techniques to measure and verify dimensions of products and product tooling.
Utilize different software programs for the inspection evaluation and documenting records.
Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and maintain accurate inspection records.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues on the floor.
Assist in developing and maintaining quality control documentation including work instructions and inspection plans.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address nonconformances.
Ensure compliance with industry standards customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
Provide support and training to production staff on qualityrelated matters.
Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
Position may require shift work and/or weekends.
**Qualifications:**
Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Familiarity or willing to learn industry standards (e.g. ISO AS9100 and quality systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on the production floor as needed.
PostHigh School secondary education (Bachelors or Associates degree) in a technical field.
01 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
