Your mission
Were currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team overseeing and commissioning projects and ensuring their successful .
The ideal candidate should possess a high level of organizationalskills a datadriven approach and substantial experience in project management tracking.
This role requires selfmanagement the ability to lead without formal authority and a broad perspective on problemsolving. In addition a strong technical backgroundor inclination is a significant contributor for success in this role i.e. background in power electronics IT electricity civil engineering and renewable energy string inverters central inverters in utility scale.
The candidate should be adaptable to changes and capable of working effectively under pressure. Assertiveness teamwork coaching and leadership skills are essential.
Your mission:
As a Project Manager atSungrow your mission is pivotal in ensuring the seamless of diverse projects while aligning withour organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing working routine with clients monitoringthe progress of each project.
- Resolve technical issues in coordination with product service and other divisions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments according to milestones.
- Review contracts and execute projects accordingly.
- Manage delivery FAT commissioning SAT and handover processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure the seamless of multiple projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project KPI and create/maintain project documentation.
- Ensureprojectdeliveryon time within scope budgetand cost.
- Manage changeordersin project scope schedule and costs effectively.
- On site supervision of various delivery and commissioning procedures.
- Manage project resources engineers contractors equipment.
- Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.
Your profile
- Super organized with a datadriven perspective and experienced in project management tracking in large and complex projects.
- Selfmanagementwithability to manageindependently.
- Can work in a global multicultural and in matrix organization environment.
- Possesses a wide perspective and strong problemsolving skills.
- Flexible and adept at working under pressure.
- Demonstrates assertiveness teamwork coaching and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in PC software (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word Visio MS Project Monday).
- Fluent command of written and spoken Hebrew and English at a C1 level.
- Strong technical inclination or background preferably in renewable energy related field.
- Electrical / mechanical / electronics engineer a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
