Job Summary:

As an HR Analyst Intern focused on Database & Data Analytics you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by developing and maintaining HR databases as well as analyzing data to drive informed decisionmaking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in HR data analytics work with cuttingedge tools and contribute to meaningful HR projects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR databases to ensure accurate and uptodate employee information.
• Collect organize and analyze HR data to support decisionmaking processes.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify data needs and provide analytical support.
• Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot any datarelated issues.
• Support the implementation of HR analytics tools and technologies.
• Participate and support HR projects and initiatives that may be related to Training Compensation Benefits Recruiting etc
• Review and simplify processes and/or various HR systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Data Analytics Information Systems Business administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL or similar software.
• Experience with database management and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
