Job Description
Infosys is seeking an UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultantwithimplementation experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the UKG Pro WFM from customers requirements. The selected candidate must be able to drive the ongoing implementation do the figap analysis and provide solutions to the gaps along with being well versed on data extraction migration processes interface design and implementation life cycle of UKG WFM Proimplementation
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix AZ Raleigh NC. or Richardson TX. or willing to relocate to one of these areas.
- Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 4 years of IT experience.
- 3 years of experience in UKG WFM Pro implementations
- Should be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
- Role will require testing and deployment of custom solutions for Workforce Management modules
- Role will participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
- Must have good OnsiteOffshore communication and work management
- Role will lead Super User training and supporting other training related activities
- Role will coordinate with other tracks for delivery of endtoend business processes
- Must have experience supporting Data Conversions for WFM data elements

- Knowledge on Best Practices followed in Workforce Management able to give solutions/suggestions to the client
- Experience in UKG WFM Pro Module
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
