Description

The ideal candidates for these positions are experienced individuals who are hardworking with the ability to excel in a challenging fastpaced government contractor environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to provide critical support for FMSrelated projects. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in the SAFe Agile framework and capable of offering policy guidance and oversight for FMS and any supporting or related projects. With a solid understanding of business process reengineering (BPR) the successful candidate will evaluate potential improvements and future capabilities for the FMS program. Additionally the role requires extensive experience in developing and delivering briefings and communication materials within the subject matter domain ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

This position is based in Arlington VA and requires the ability to work onsite.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with key personnel to collect and document comprehensive business requirements for fleet management solution
  • Wellversed in the SAFe Agile framework to provide policy guidance oversight assistance and manage project development and implementation.
  • Evaluate current fleet management processes to identify inefficiencies gaps and areas for potential improvement.
  • Perform gap analysis to assess requirements for FMS implementation or system enhancements.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and system design documentation for FMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full implementation of FMS solutions ensuring ontime delivery smooth configuration comprehensive testing and successful deployment.
  • Review fleet data to identify trends patterns and optimization opportunities while designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and key metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the FMS to support datadriven decisionmaking while acting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize fleet operations reduce costs and enhance system functionality.
  • Continuously monitoring FMS performance and recommending adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Other Duties:

  • Travels up to 25 of the time as dictated by needs of the Department and the Company.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of professional experience in relevant roles within government or consulting.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Indepth knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes and requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Experience with Agile SAFe methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
