SUMMARY:
Waxing the City in Boulder is looking to hire an amazing Waxing Specialist (we call them Cerologists) who is passionate about client service is a great teammate willing to learn and likes to have fun! Hours: 30 hours a week
Shifts: To be determined but weekends and evenings are to be expected

Compensation: Hourly rate commission on services commission on product sales tips

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Cerologist is responsible for delivering an amazing client experience by upholding our minimal waxing and customer service standards. You will provide excellent facial and body waxing services to both men and women while also making clients feel comfortable and welcome. Your goal will be to develop strong longterm relationships with your clients and we will provide training tools and additional support to help you do just that.
Cerologists are expected to work nights and weekends help cover shifts in shortnotice/emergency situations (sickness etc. and also support the front desk staff as needed.
Waxing the City provides thorough initial hands on training as well as ongoing training and mentorship from our experienced staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Ability to demonstrate our above values
- Current state licensure (esthetician or cosmetologist)
- Excellent waxing skills/technique or great potential
- Open to feedback in a learning environment
