Role Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager this Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and delivering financial reporting and accounting for key business units. This role will involve overseeing all monthend tasks including weekly and monthly financial reports as well as monthend close activities.
Daytoday responsibilities include posting journals reviewing and performing reconciliations managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy in intercompany transactions. Additionally you as the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the fixed asset register.
This position offers an opportunity to leverage your strong communication skills in stakeholder management while further developing your analytical abilities through various operational reports. You will have the opportunity to apply your industry experience to provide insightful analysis drive efficiency and implement process improvements across the team.

Candidate Profile
You are a proactive individual eager to take on a critical role that drives business performance. You hold an accounting qualification (CA or CPA not mandatory) and possess a strong understanding of complex multientity P&L structures. Extensive industry experience in a construction civil or development environment is essential. With exceptional communication skills you excel at fostering positive working relationships and navigating ambiguity in a fastpaced setting.
