Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele Counsellor (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) training sales with excellent communication skills to connect with students and guide them towards suitable training programs. Candidates from Chhattisgarh Bengal Bihar Odisha Nepal and Assam are preferred for their regional insights and understanding of local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote IT/BFSI training programs.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns social media and referrals.
- Provide clear and detailed information about course curriculum duration fees and career benefits.
- Understand student needs career aspirations and suggest appropriate courses.
- Manage inbound inquiries and schedule telephonic counselling sessions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize promotional activities and increase engagement.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in IT Business or related fields).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT/BFSI training sales or telecounselling.
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Bengali Odia Hindi Assamese or Nepali preferred).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an educational or training domain.
- Knowledge of IT certifications BFSI training modules and related career pathways is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
