The role:
Join a dynamic and supportive team and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Community Reablement Assistant. In this flexible and rewarding role youll play a vital part in helping individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay. As the first point of contact for those returning home youll provide essential support and bring positivity to their recovery journey making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.

Your main responsibilities:
No prior care experience No problem! Well provide all the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your role. A valid licence to drive in the UK is required as the role involves travelling locally and lone working.
