Job Description
Dive into the exciting world of hospitality finance as a remote Bookkeeper. You ll leverage your QuickBooks Online expertise to manage financial records for diverse US hospitality clients. This role offers a unique blend of financial acumen and industryspecific knowledge allowing you to provide valuable insights that drive business success. You ll work with a variety of clients from boutique hotels to restaurant chains gaining broad exposure to the US hospitality sector.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Publish financial statements on time
- Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Post business transactions process invoices verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- This is a remote position during Hawaii business hours (potential to be more flexible after a certain period)
- Oversee onboarding new clients
Requirements
Candidate requirements:
- Handson experience with accounting software QuickBooks or similar (preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with financial statements cash flow balance sheets and general ledger functions
- Strong financial analysis critical thinking and financial software skills
- Experience working with international (US based preferred) companies
- English language required
