Requirements:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- MedSurg or telemetry experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking telemetry monitoring and patient education skills.
Responsibilities:
- Care for MedSurg Telemetry patients.
- Monitor vitals cardiac rhythms and telemetry.
- Administer medications IV therapies and treatments.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Collaborate with providers for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and manage complications.
