Requirements:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS ACLS and PALS required; TNCC and CEN preferred.
- Emergency or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking rapid assessment and crisis management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess triage and treat adult emergency patients.
- Monitor vitals cardiac rhythms and conditions.
- Administer medications IV therapies and interventions.
- Collaborate with providers for rapid decisionmaking.
- Educate patients and families on care plans.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with emergency protocols.
- Respond to emergencies trauma and critical cases.
