Reporting to the Directors and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Admin Officer.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with key major clients to develop new business and maintain existing business lines
- Manage the daytoday admin team functions & workload.
- Provide weekly Reporting.
- Ongoing management of the order book to ensure a synthesis between sales and works delivery teams.
- Undertake Job Closeout in Coordination with project Delivery and Sales.
- Working closely with the accounts receivable team.
- Review and check compliance documentation
- Finalise and process Government rebate data for energy services claims
- Liaise with internal departments providing reporting inputs
- Gather and process customer information
- Other duties as directed by the manager that is within the scope of your skills competence and Training
Requirements
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organised processoriented
- Proactive resultsdriven driven and efficient
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information
- Excellent time management and strong reconciliation skills
- Experience in accounts and general administration within the related field
- Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Australian clients
- Experience within the Australian/US Solar Industry is highly desirable
- Experienced in a compliance or auditing role
- Accountable and an excellent eye for detail
- Can make sound and commercial decisions

Benefits
- Monthly Salary: PHP 35000
- Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
