Job Description

Job Description:
You will be responsible for customer service for bilingual projects.
We are looking for experienced IT professionals who want to work in an Englishspeaking IT environment as well as experienced bilingual IT professionals.

Job Summary:
Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of entry into the company. You will be involved in operational projects using both Japanese and English.
The main focus is on user support operations projects and many of these projects involve handson support of actual equipment.

Project examples:
Bilingual helpdesk work for a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo.
Mainly support for client PCs mobile phones and peripherals
User support will be mainly in Japanese and we will collaborate with overseas engineers in English.

Requirements (IT experience):
Business level Japanese and English language skills (telephone email documentation)
At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk or user support.
Willingness to learn about IT technology.
Able to communicate effectively on the phone.
Able to act autonomously.

Recommended conditions (to broaden the range of work we can introduce)
At least 1 year of experience in supporting foreign companies in English
Experience in IT work using English
Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10
Experience in troubleshooting problems while communicating with overseas teams in English

Salary
Estimated annual salary:yen and up

305000 yen and up (including the following flat allowances)
Basic salary: 285000 yen
Regional allowance: Region B (Osaka) 20000 yen
Monthly salary

Full overtime allowance (for overtime worked in excess of legally mandated hours)

The expected annual salary is only a guideline and may increase or decrease throughout the selection process.
