Job Description
Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Maldives
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source screen and interview potential candidates to match job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
Maintain an updated talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring processes.
Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Utilize recruitment tools job boards and social media platforms to identify top talent.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and work in a fastpaced environment.
