Roles & Responsibilities As a Customer Support Executive specializing in the Voice Process your main responsibilities will include: Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information via phone. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Documenting customer interactions and managing customer accounts effectively. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer service quality. Participating in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements: Fluent in English Tamil and Hindi (both spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset. Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer support software. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory the following skills or qualifications will make you a standout candidate: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Certification in customer servicerelated courses or training. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
