Our Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team within Deals helpsclients understand and quantify the value of businesses and the implications of investment choices on value throughout the lifecycle of a business. We deliver valuations of businesses shares and financial instruments to support regulatory requirements commercial decision making a transaction or to comply with legislation blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations notforprofit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Consultant to help take our team to the next level as we assist our clients to make better business decisions and provide commercial insights.
With new problems to solve youll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow and create change. Your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout and youll learn plenty as you provide robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory in a workplace thats humanled and techenabled.
Experienced in core corporate valuations youll be part of a team solving managing and delivering valuations on client engagements across a wide range of industries. Youll also use your CA/CPA CFA Finsia MBA Masters in Finance Applied Finance or similar qualifications to provide valuations of businesses shares and financial instruments in the context of:
- Financial reporting and tax related valuations including purchase price allocations fair value reporting for Infrastructure and private equity funds impairment testing and employee share schemes
- Valuation advice in the context of a transaction including deal value assessment cost of capital analysis and capital management
- Independent Expert Reports or Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactions
- Portfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to better inform key investment choices
- Coaching to develop a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery
