Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
Prepares the operating room by setting up equipment and confirming that each piece functions properly so that all necessary equipment is ready for the procedure.
Cleans the endoscopes in line with the Infection Control policies to provide a sterile environment for the patient.
Assists with the maintenance of automated scope reprocess filters and reports any problems to the clinic office coordinator in order to provide functioning equipment.
Collects bodily fluid specimens from patients in order to provide samples for medical study.
Performs other duties as assigned.
