Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our expanding chain of premium restaurants across the UK.
As the Head Chef you will be responsible for creating and implementing delicious menus managing and training staff and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.
In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity as you develop new and exciting dishes for our menu. You will work closely with our management team to create seasonal menus and special promotions and you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A passion for food and an ability to create delicious and visually stunning dishes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
Who you are:
- Are you an exceptional and hardworking Chef from a premium restaurant environment
- Are you already based in the UK
Skills:
- All food is high end locally sourced fresh and seasonal with nothing frozen/brought in.
- Chefs must know how to make all sauces butter icecream and bread from scratch
