A reputable law firm located in Tempe AZ is searching for an Associate Attorney to add to help their team deliver exceptional litigation and transaction services to businesses in their community. Individuals with experience in or interest in corporate law; contract negotiation and drafting; personal product and property injury law; advertising loss; copyright and trademark infringement; family law; construction law; insurance coverage; employment law; estate planning; are encouraged to apply. Requirements:
- AZ Bar member in good standing
- Trial experience is a plus; Construction litigation experience is a plus
- Experience with legal research drafting of motions and discovery
- Independent work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience drafting and researching legal briefs
- Discovery experience including both taking and defending depositions
