Job Description
DeNooyer Chevrolet is seeking a Automotive DeliverySpecialist to join our Customer Experience Team!
Duties:
- Deliver (at the dealership) all new and used vehicles to the new owner
- Complete & Explainallpaperwork associatedwith the purchase of a vehicle with the customer
- Provideour customers with product knowledge pertaining to the features benefits functionality and safety system of their vehicle during the delivery process
- Educate/Introduceproducts and accessoriesthat are beneficial to the customer and ownership of theirnew vehicle.
To effectively excel in this role you MUST:
- Demonstrate a professional appearance demeanor and communication style
- Be able to display an exceptional Customer Experience
- Work effectively as a team member as well as an individual
- Enjoy interacting connecting and communicating with customers guests and fellow team members
- Able to adapt and overcome when issues may arise that are out of your control
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
Requirements:
- Must have a valid NYS License
- Customer service/relations experience
