Role Responsibilities: As a Front Desk or Guest Services Clerk youll ensure guests have the best stay by: Assisting guests with professionalism courtesy and efficiency. Maintaining high service and hospitality standards. Addressing guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Processing payments and following all cashhandling procedures. Managing guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism. Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and loyalty programs. Communicating guest feedback to departments and management. Handling calls lobby visitors and team member requests efficiently. Understanding hotel safety and emergency procedures.
