- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and certified preowned mobile devices by understanding their needs recommending options and explaining features and benefits.
- Facilitate the buyback and tradein process for used mobile devices including appraising devices explaining tradein values and processing transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote and sell valueadded services such as extended warranties insurance and device protection plans.
- Perform basic diagnostic checks on mobile devices to assess their condition and functionality.
- Support inventory management tasks including receiving shipments organizing stock and maintaining accurate records.
- Help with daily store operations maintaining a clean and organized workspace processing transactions and adhering to company policies.
- Be deployed to partnering retail stores including established electronics chains and operator stores.
- Stay flexible to support any business needs as they arise.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pointofsale systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
- Knowledge of mobile devices and the mobile phone market is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in all aspects of the role including sales buybacks diagnostics and valueadded services.
